If Roots & Branches Counseling is out of network with your insurance, we can provide you with documentation of services, called a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that many insurance companies may only reimburse a portion of the service fee.

Out-of-pocket & Sliding Scale Fees

We also provide services via payment out-of-pocket. Contact us for information on rates.

We offer a sliding scale fee for services based on income and household size. Please contact us to inquire about sliding scale service fees.
